How Is This For A Necro Group Tank Build?
[Demonic Flesh][Offering of Blood][Unholy Feast][Animate Bone Minions][Consume Corpse][Taste of Death][Phantom Pain][Arcane Conundrum]
Meant for tanking with a group, where the healer shouldnt have to worry much about healing you. I think it's a pretty good build except I am think of switching Phantom Pain for something a bit better, but I want to try it with the build first.

Let me see if I have this straight... Are you (a) trying to come up with a tank build for an all-necro group, or (b) trying to come up with a tanking necro for general-purpose use?
If (a), nice try at thinking out of the box, but there's a better way. Do a search for a build Moloch posted that uses a spear N/W to power constant Save Yourselves spam. It's not quite an imbagon, but it's a heck of a lot better than trying to tank with 60AL.
If (b), then the idea is so bad that I have to ask if you're serious or if you're just trying to troll the forums...

It's meant for playing with a group really I was thinking any group. I don't see what's so bad about it.

your 60AR as a caster should be enough to state that necros dont and wont make good tanks

The word "Tank" highlights this.
The only kind of "Tank" I'll ever use is an A/Me Shadowform tank in a Cryway group merely because it only takes up 3 slots, or 2 if you're doing an elite area (Consumables).
Otherwise, I've have someone enchant me with the golden combo: SoA and PSpirit.

Okay, but what's so bad with the build itself, if your playing in a group?

1. Bone Minions without Death Nova are weak and insignificant.
2. Demonic Flesh is a terrible skill anyway. More health is a good thing, but I would not sacrifice a skill slot for it.
3. If you're tanking, what good is Consume Corpse?
4. Taste of Death outside of Minion Bombers is ugh.
5. Unholy Feast... do I need to say why?
I would go on, but it'd take me ages.

sacrifice to gain higher health
sacrifice to gain energy
consume corpse teleports you
ive never heard of random corpse teleportation being good on a tank.
4 attribute point spread
Caster armor level
Take some advice.drop the idea? It's bad for many reasons including trying to make a midline support character a tank.Stop wasting yours and our time with something that wont work EVER.Use the great skills in the necro lines to support your party, not the trashy ones to become the parties liability
*post preview* tyla summed it up pretty much

Leave tanking to the frontliners. You're more useful on the back line trust me.

i think the Op might be new to the game ,tanking is bad on a necro mainly imo because the lack of skills ,well ofc u could make a 55 necro but that is a specific build for farming,as a necro u are better of suporting your party either by dmg,ss curses necro (deals quite some dmg,not to mention the curses spells which have the strongest melee hate),an mm(this also can do impresive dmg ,order of the undead mm,or an army of bone fiends with barbs trown in),point is blood is quite bad compared to curses and death magic and the whole concept of tanking its wrong ,u dont tank with a spellcaster Unless u are doing something specific.U dont need to worry about the healer he is there to do his job=healing and proting u =keeping u alive while u do your job

Imo the whole concept of Tanking is quite wrong u dont need to tank unless going with a specific team build usually composed of human players and do some elite areas envolving tank+spank on mobs for fast clears,in the normal pve enviroment i have never employed a tank or a build designed to tank,if a warior¨tanks¨ in pve he is not doing any dmg same goes for dervish and assassin,so what im trying to say is there is no need for tanking in pve unless farming or something
